Prince Harry has issued a 'significant statement' in response to King Charles' cancer diagnosis.

Amidst their royal commitments, the couple attended the One Year to Go celebrations of the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025.

Recent reports suggest Prince Harry might resume his royal duties to support his father, King Charles, in light of the monarch's cancer diagnosis.

On Friday, The Times reported that the King supported reconciliation with his son, with Clarence House expressing sentiments that an "arrangement" allowing the Duke of Sussex to return as a working royal "could work." A royal source stated, "On all practical levels, it makes perfect sense for the family to come together to support the King while he's sick."

Due to his seniority within the royal family, Harry is a counsellor of state, enabling the King to delegate royal functions to him through letters patent.

Despite reports, it seems unlikely that Harry would return to the royal fold, given his step back from royal duties in 2020 during the 'Megxit' saga with wife Meghan Markle.

During an interview with Good Morning America, Harry hinted at a different course, emphasizing his life in California and brief planned visits to the UK to reconnect with family.

Following news of the King's cancer diagnosis, Harry promptly returned to the United Kingdom, where he engaged in a 45-minute discussion with his father, who postponed his trip to Sandringham to spend time with his son.
