Despite Prince Harry hinting at a return to royal duties, Prince William remains unmoved by the prospect of his estranged brother rejoining the royal family.
The relationship between the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Sussex had been strained even before Harry and Meghan Markle's decision to step back from royal duties. However, tensions escalated further following the revelations in Harry's memoir, which portrayed the royals, especially William, in a negative light.
Sources disclosed to The Mirror that the rift between the royal siblings has deepened, and William has no intentions of reconciling. He reportedly believes that Harry and Meghan "cannot be trusted."
While Prince Harry's recent visit to his father, King Charles, amid the monarch's battle with cancer hinted at a potential reconciliation, sources close to William dismissed such speculation. They emphasized to The Mirror that there is "zero per cent chance" of Harry returning in any capacity.
Earlier reports had also indicated that both William and King Charles had discussions at Sandringham where they mutually agreed that there was "no chance" of Prince Harry making a comeback to royal duties.
