The Prince of Wales resumed his royal duties on Wednesday, marking a significant moment following recent health concerns within the royal family.
Prince William expresses gratitude to the numerous well-wishers who have extended their support to King Charles and Kate Middleton during this challenging time.
Addressing attendees at London’s Air Ambulance Charity Gala Dinner, the Prince acknowledged the outpouring of support for his father and wife.
"Good evening, everyone. Thank you for joining us tonight," he began. "And a heartfelt thank you to all those who have contributed to the success of this evening."
William continued, "I want to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the kind messages of support directed towards Catherine and my father, especially in recent days. Your thoughts and prayers mean a great deal to us."
In a lighter tone, Prince William added, "It's safe to say that the past few weeks have been quite medically focused. So, I thought it would be a welcome change to attend an air ambulance event to lighten the mood!"

Notably, the Princess of Wales was unable to attend due to her ongoing recovery from planned abdominal surgery.
Meanwhile, King Charles remains in Sandringham following Buckingham Palace's announcement on February 5 regarding his cancer diagnosis, which followed treatment for an enlarged prostate.
