Gary Goldsmith, the uncle of Princess Kate, has spoken out against the conspiracy theories swirling around the royal's health.
During his appearance on ITV’s Celebrity Big Brother, Goldsmith provided a glimpse into his relationship with his niece, Kate Middleton.
Discussing the health status of the Princess of Wales and the accompanying conspiracy theories, he suggested that she prefers to maintain a level of privacy regardless of the situation.
As a result, Goldsmith isn't concerned about the royal family's silence regarding Kate's health.
"Reaching Kate can be a challenge, especially with her responsibilities as a mother," remarked Gary.
Kate underwent abdominal surgery in January, leading to her extended absence from the public eye and sparking numerous speculations.
Her uncle denounced the unfounded theories during his appearance on the reality show, urging internet users to respect her privacy.
“There's a deliberate reason why [the family] is refraining from commenting, allowing her some breathing room,” he explained. “I find it fundamentally unjust. If it were anyone else, they would be granted space.”
Gary affirmed that due to Kate's public role, there's heightened interest in her affairs, but privacy should be respected nonetheless.
In a heartfelt message directed to the future Queen of England on national television, he conveyed, "Kate, take care of yourself, we adore you, and when you're ready, we'll welcome you back. It's what we'd do for anyone else, why not her?".
