Reports indicate that Meghan Markle is poised to take on a more independent role, attending events without the company of Prince Harry.
Sources suggest that Meghan has grown frustrated with Harry's tendency to cling to her, likening his presence to that of a subordinate.
Royal expert Tom Quinn, speaking to The Mirror, hinted at challenges within the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's marriage, citing differences in their personalities.
While Meghan exudes confidence and assertiveness, Harry has a proclivity for shying away from the limelight, reminiscent of his past dynamic with his brother, Prince William.
"Harry and Meghan are navigating through a particularly challenging period," Quinn remarked. "Meghan has come to realize that Harry may not possess the same level of charisma and activism she initially perceived. She desires for him to assert himself more independently, rather than merely aligning with her."
Quinn attributed Meghan's growing exasperation to her recent string of solo engagements, suggesting that she seeks to avoid the perception of Harry merely accompanying her and acquiescing to her agenda.
"The irony lies in the fact that Harry once resented playing second fiddle to William, yet now finds himself in a similar position with Meghan, much to her dismay," Quinn added.
