Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson Reunite for Easter Sunday Service Amid Royal Family Health Crisis

Prince Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, were seen together at St. George's Chapel in Windsor for the Easter Sunday service, marking a rare public appearance for the Duke of York.

The couple arrived in cars alongside Princess Anne and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, following the vehicle carrying King Charles and Queen Camilla. Despite Prince Andrew's diminished role within the royal family, having been stripped of his military titles and royal patronages, he is set to lead the Easter service.

While Prince William and Kate Middleton were notably absent from the service due to Kate's ongoing cancer treatment, King Charles and Queen Camilla took precautions to protect the King's health. Charles sat apart from other royals to minimize the risk of infection during his treatment.

In the absence of Prince William and Prince Harry, royal expert Michael Cole told the Sunday Times that Prince Andrew has precedence as eighth in line to the throne. "Despite the dark clouds that gather over his head as a result of his ill-judged friendship with the late, unlamented serial child abuser Jeffrey Epstein," Cole added.

This public appearance by Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson comes at a time of heightened scrutiny and shifting dynamics within the royal family, particularly as King Charles undergoes cancer treatment and the family faces a period of transition and change.
