A source familiar with royal dynamics told People that while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are typically in the loop about palace matters, they have been excluded from receiving updates about the health status of the Princess of Wales.
"While Harry and Meghan are kept abreast of most developments in England, they have been intentionally left out of Kate's health updates," the insider disclosed, highlighting an evident lack of trust.
Prince Harry returned to the UK for the first time in nearly a year after being personally informed by King Charles about his cancer diagnosis in early February. Meanwhile, Kate Middleton was recuperating at the Windsor estate following her surgery.
Despite the family proximity, Prince Harry did not visit his ailing sister-in-law, leaving it ambiguous whether he reached out privately to check on her well-being.
