The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge hold their PR strategy in high regard.
Kate Middleton and Prince William anticipate Gary Goldsmith's imminent debut on a reality show.
Kate's uncle is set to appear as a contestant on the upcoming Celebrity Big Brother series, where every moment of his time will be meticulously documented.
Neither the royal family nor the Middletons endorse Gary discussing royal matters on the forthcoming reality television program.
In an interview with OK!, former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond expressed concerns about Gary's potential participation, citing the ongoing challenges faced by the royal family.
Bond highlighted Gary's well-known hostility toward Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, underscoring Prince William and Kate's apprehensions regarding his potential disclosures when the cameras start rolling.
"I find the idea quite distressing, and it's hard to believe that it's sanctioned by anyone in the Middleton or Royal Family," she conveyed to the publication.
"Gary will face immense pressure to reveal insider information while in the house, and ANY remark, no matter how innocuous, will undoubtedly grab headlines. Those are not the type of headlines anyone within the family welcomes," Jennie elaborated.
"The last thing they desire is for Gary to become their spokesperson. He already carries a reputation for being somewhat unconventional, and William and Kate have been meticulous in shaping their image, especially in terms of their communication. They won't tolerate Gary going off-script," the royal expert concluded.
