Prince Harry is set to make a return to the UK to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games in May. However, it appears that his brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, will not be in attendance at the event.
Scheduled to deliver a heartfelt speech at a service in London's St. Paul’s Cathedral on May 8 to honor the milestone of his organization, the Duke of Sussex is expected to be accompanied by his wife, Meghan Markle. Yet, Markle's attendance remains uncertain, as her name is listed as "TBC" or "to be confirmed" on the event schedule obtained by the Daily Express.
Insiders familiar with the event's planning have indicated that neither Prince William nor Kate Middleton are on the guest list. Additionally, it's suggested that King Charles and Queen Camilla are also not scheduled to attend.
This forthcoming visit to the UK will be Harry's second this year. In early February, he flew from Los Angeles to London to visit his father, King Charles, following the monarch's cancer diagnosis. Notably, around the same time, Kate Middleton had undergone abdominal surgery. Despite being in the UK, Harry chose not to visit Windsor to avoid a potential encounter with his brother and sister-in-law.
Given the recent disclosure about the seriousness of Kate Middleton's health condition, it's anticipated that Prince Harry might extend his visit to check on her well-being.
