Kate Middleton Declines Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Gesture of Support

Following her cancer diagnosis, Princess Kate has reportedly declined an 'olive branch' extended by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, signaling a clear stance on their strained relationship.

Despite the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's attempt to reach out and express their well-wishes for her healing and happiness, Kate Middleton remains steadfast in her decision not to seek comfort from the estranged couple.

Speaking with the New York Times, royal expert Sally Bedell Smith commented on the situation, suggesting that Kate Middleton is unlikely to accept any gestures of reconciliation from the Sussexes. This stance follows the public disclosure of her cancer diagnosis earlier this week.

While Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to have privately extended their support to both Kate and Prince William during these challenging times, the Princess of Wales seems to find solace in her immediate circle of family and friends.

"Kate is surrounded by a supportive network of family and friends, including her parents and sister, with whom she shares a close bond. Additionally, her relationship with King Charles remains strong," Smith shared with columnist Maureen Dowd.

Amidst her health battle, Princess Kate continues to receive unwavering love and support from King Charles and Queen Camilla, both publicly and in private.

Furthermore, Prince William has proven to be a steadfast pillar of strength for Kate, especially since her major abdominal surgery earlier this year.
