King Charles expresses desperation for a reunion with his grandchildren.
Meghan Markle is unlikely to attend a potential reunion with the royal family during their summer retreat at Balmoral, despite an invitation from King Charles.
Royal commentator Charlotte Griffiths, speaking on TalkTV, suggests that Meghan would not accompany Prince Harry if he chooses to accept his father's invitation. She explains that there won't be a specific invitation for the Sussexes but rather an open invitation to join the family at the Scottish estate.
"Even if Harry attends, I can't envision a scenario where Meghan brings the children over. It's truly unfortunate," Griffiths remarked.
Griffiths notes that there's "no chance" Meghan would be interested in staying at Balmoral, as she was never fond of rural royal life and its rustic accommodations.
"I mean, can you picture Meghan spending the summer in the Highlands? I certainly can't," the royal expert affirmed.
This development follows a report from Page Six, which stated that the 75-year-old monarch extended an invitation to Harry and Meghan to join the family at Balmoral in hopes of reuniting with Archie and Lilibet.
