Meghan Markle Holds Off on Revealing Family Photoshoot Following Kate Middleton's Cancer Announcement

In what appears to be a compassionate move towards Kate Middleton amid her recent cancer diagnosis, Meghan Markle has reportedly delayed the release of an anticipated family photoshoot.

After hiring a prominent photographer for capturing moments with her children, the Duchess of Sussex is now "unlikely" to unveil these photos in light of Kate's health revelation, as stated by PR expert Lynn Carratt to The Mirror.

Last Friday, the Duchess of Cambridge shared her cancer diagnosis following post-operative tests after a significant abdominal surgery in January. In response, Prince Harry and Meghan conveyed their heartfelt wishes to Kate through an official statement. Royal commentator Richard Eden also informed The Daily Mail that the Sussexes had privately reached out to Prince William and Kate during this challenging period.

Carratt speculated on Meghan's future plans, suggesting, “It seems unlikely that Meghan will release the family photos or portraits of the children at this moment.” She further proposed potential release dates, mentioning the possibility of unveiling the photos either in May to coincide with Mother’s Day in the USA or in September for Prince Harry's 40th birthday.

Discussing the essence of the planned photoshoot, Carratt highlighted Meghan's aim to showcase herself and Harry "in a positive and relatable light."

Given the widespread anticipation for glimpses of Archie and Lilibet, Carratt believes Meghan intends to share these images to deepen her connection with her social media followers by offering insights into their everyday lives.
