Despite Prince Harry's longstanding regret over not having a final conversation with Princess Diana before her tragic death, the ongoing rift between him and his brother Prince William, exacerbated by Meghan Markle's reluctance to return to the UK, has thwarted any chance of honoring Diana's wishes.
Charles Rae, a trusted royal commentator, expressed his belief that Harry would have been one of William's trusted advisors if not for the strained relationship between the siblings.
