Despite their ongoing estrangement, Prince Harry is keen on mending his relationship with Prince William during his upcoming trip from California to the UK. However, royal expert and author Tom Quinn suggests that the reunion might face challenges due to trust issues between the brothers.
In an exclusive interview with The Mirror, Tom Quinn commented: "William appears hesitant to fully embrace Harry due to trust issues. Given the current stressful circumstances in William's life, welcoming back a brother who may not be fully reliable could exacerbate his concerns. Harry's unpredictability and tendency to make public statements further complicate the situation."
Quinn added insightfully, "Harry seems to retain a youthful perspective, perhaps stemming from the trauma of losing his mother at a young age. This might make him believe that William will always forgive him, regardless of their public disputes."
Amid reports of Prince Harry's intended visit to offer support to the Royal Family, especially in light of the Princess of Wales' cancer diagnosis, there are expectations for a possible meeting between the brothers.
However, Tom Quinn emphasized that any such meeting would likely be brief and carefully managed to avoid potential conflicts. He referenced Harry's recent 30-minute meeting with King Charles following his father's cancer diagnosis as an example of the cautious approach the Royal Family might adopt.
