Concerns Arise as Kate Middleton Considers Traditional Approach for Louis' Birthday
Kate Middleton is poised to invite a fresh wave of scrutiny if she chooses to adhere to tradition for Prince Louis’ upcoming birthday.
As the youngest son of the princess and Prince William approaches his sixth birthday later this month, fans eagerly await to see if a photo of the young royal will be released.
Known for her passion for photography, Kate often captures moments of the royal family, including her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Louis, through her lens. These photographs are frequently shared as official portraits on birthdays and other special occasions.
However, royal commentator Christopher Andersen, speaking to Fox News, cautioned against Kate posting a photo taken by her own hand on April 23, particularly in light of a recent Photoshop controversy surrounding a Mother’s Day image.
Andersen suggested, "My recommendation would be for Kate to either take the photo herself and refrain from retouching it, or if she does retouch it, to explain in advance how and why she altered the photo. Alternatively, she could opt for a professional photographer to take the photo and handle all explanations. However, will it truly make a difference? The conspiracy theories are likely to persist regardless. That particular genie is out of the bottle."
The concern stems from last month’s incident when Princess Kate faced backlash for altering a picture featuring her children. She later issued an apology on official social media platforms, expressing regret for any confusion caused by the family photograph shared.
"I want to extend my apologies for any misunderstanding caused by the family photograph we shared yesterday. I hope all mothers had a wonderful Mother’s Day celebration," she wrote at the time.
