Zara Tindall and her husband have made a major decision about their life.
Zara and Mike Tindall have reportedly decided against their plans to move permanently to Australia, heeding King Charles’ request.
According to the Daily Express, Princess Anne’s daughter and son-in-law have opted to divide their time between the UK and Australia.
The couple currently resides on Princess Royal’s Gloucestershire estate with their three children, Mia, 10, Lena, 5, and Lucas, 3.
"Mike and Zara had been considering moving to Australia for a while but ultimately decided it wouldn’t be right to uproot their family at this time,” a source told the outlet.
"When the idea was seriously discussed during a family sit-down, it drew blank faces and teary eyes from several members,” the source continued.
"It became clear that a permanent move wasn’t feasible. Instead, they will spend longer periods in Australia,” they added.
The 75-year-old monarch is reportedly filled with “extreme joy” at his niece’s decision to stay closer, as he yearns to keep his family united in the wake of Megxit.
