The Duke and Duchess of Sussex traveled to the West African nation to support causes dear to them, including sports rehabilitation, mental health, and women’s empowerment.
Royal expert Ingrid Seward critiqued Meghan's role in the trip, arguing that she overshadowed Harry’s involvement.
Speaking with GB News, Seward remarked, "Meghan manages to make everything about her. This was Harry's show. This was for the Invictus Games. Nigeria is the first African country to join the Invictus Games."
The royal commentator noted that the former Suits actress often seems to take the spotlight during their public appearances.
Seward added, "Harry always seems to be slightly pushed into the background unless he's doing something sporty, like playing basketball or playing polo."
