Meghan Markle and Prince Harry face accusations of exacerbating concerns for Kate Middleton and Prince William due to their activities in Nigeria, as per a royal expert.
Royal biographer Tom Bower, speaking to GB News, criticized the Sussexes for their Nigerian trip, alleging that they were tarnishing the image of Kate and William.
Bower empathized with Kate's health challenges, suggesting that Harry and Meghan should have been fulfilling royal duties in Nigeria instead. He argued that their actions were an embarrassment to the King, prompting Buckingham Palace to refrain from participating in their endeavors.
Additionally, Bower implied that Queen Camilla and Prince William influenced the King's decision to not meet with Prince Harry during his UK visit.
He speculated that Meghan would exploit her royal connections despite previously seeking privacy in California.
Bower condemned Harry's behavior, describing him as disloyal and treacherous to his family and the British public.
However, British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Richard Montgomery, clarified that Harry and Meghan's visit to Nigeria was personal and not official, emphasizing that they were invited by Defence Headquarters.
Montgomery's statement aimed to dispel any misunderstandings regarding the purpose of the Sussexes' trip to Nigeria.
