Prince Harry has received cautionary advice regarding the possibility of facing substantial financial losses in his ongoing legal battles against media publications.
The Duke of Sussex has embarked on legal action against News Group Newspapers, alleging unlawful targeting by The Sun, along with his wife Meghan Markle.
However, Harry recently encountered a setback as his application to bring new allegations against The Sun's publisher was rejected.
Royal expert Michael Cole, speaking on GB News, expressed concern that Prince William's brother may be risking significant financial resources in his legal pursuits against the tabloid newspapers.
"He's taking on the red top tabloids and the middle market tabloids, and he wants to win the day. Whether he is wise to do that, I'm not sure. You can burn through a lot of money very, very quickly," Cole commented.
He further warned, "You can very, very quickly dissipate your fortune by investing too much in the law."
Reports suggest that the combined net worth of Harry and Meghan is approximately £48 million. Cole believes that the couple, currently residing in California, could face considerable financial strain if their legal battles persist.
