Despite King Charles' battle with cancer and his royal duties, he appears exasperated by Prince Harry's relentless demeanor.
According to royal author Tom Quinn, the monarch is "absolutely furious" at Prince Harry's persistent denial of the familial damage he has caused.
The strained relationship between Prince Harry and his father worsened after his departure from royal duties alongside Meghan Markle. However, tensions escalated further following revelations in Prince Harry's Netflix documentary and his forthcoming memoir, "Spare."
"King Charles remains incensed by his son's refusal to acknowledge the extent of the damage inflicted upon the family," Quinn told The Mirror. "Harry is fully aware that his father's purported reasons for not meeting him are viewed as feeble excuses."
The monarch declined to meet Prince Harry during his recent visit to London, citing a busy schedule, as confirmed by Harry's representative to the British Press.
"Harry's scathing critiques of both his father, the King, and his brother, the Prince of Wales, made it inevitable for repercussions to follow, and now they have," Quinn remarked.
