Smith recounted, "I inquired about Princess Kate's well-being and the children, expressing my wishes for them to enjoy some time here over the summer. He [Prince William] expressed his keenness for that to happen."
Princess Kate has temporarily withdrawn from royal duties to prioritize her health.
Last month, Prince William resumed royal engagements after taking a break due to Kate's diagnosis.
