This announcement follows Princess Anne's unfortunate incident at Gatcombe Park estate. Despite her absence, the official program will include the customary ceremonial welcome at Horse Guards Parade, followed by a State Dinner at Buckingham Palace.

Prince William will represent King Charles III by greeting the Emperor and Empress at their hotel on Tuesday morning and escorting them to the official welcome at Horse Guards Parade. Subsequently, King Charles III and Queen Camilla will formally receive their esteemed guests before escorting them to Buckingham Palace.

Although details regarding the guest list for the State Dinner have not been finalized, members of the royal family are expected to attend. Notably, Princess Anne, a senior working royal residing at Gatcombe Park estate, will be unable to participate due to her recent hospitalization following an incident involving a horse.
