Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Accused of Steering Narrative During Nigeria Trip

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are facing accusations of orchestrating their own narrative during their recent trip to Nigeria.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex took their personal photographer and close friend, Misan Harriman, along for the trip to Africa. Harriman subsequently shared images of the couple's visit on social media.

Speaking to GB News, royal expert Gareth Russell suggested that Meghan and Harry deliberately selected Harriman to document their three-day journey.

"The Sussexes have demonstrated a strong inclination to manage the narrative," Russell commented. "By bringing their own photographer, they maintain significant control over the images circulated and the portrayal of their activities."

Russell further speculated, "I believe the choice of photographer was a calculated decision."

It's worth noting that Meghan shares a close bond with Harriman. Last year, she moderated a panel discussion during the screening of Harriman's short film, "The After." During this event, Meghan revealed that Harriman shares a special connection with her son, Prince Archie.

"The bond between them is profound," Meghan shared. "Misan has even been teaching Archie photography. He once remarked, 'But it’s not a Leica like Misan's!' I had to gently remind him that a Leica isn't on his Christmas list."
