Reports indicate that the Duchess of Sussex could be making her Hollywood return by starring in the rumored film, a continuation of the popular legal drama series. Markle played Rachel Zane, a key character throughout the show's nine seasons, alongside Patrick J. Adams as Mike Ross and Gabriel Macht as Harvey Specter, among others.
At a recent "Suits" reunion panel during the ATX TV Festival, Patrick J. Adams hinted at the possibility of a spinoff film, noting that series creator Aaron Korsh is interested in reuniting the original cast. "It’s definitely something he’s interested in doing, in trying to get the band back together. So it depends on a million things if that can happen, but is it possible? I think it is possible," Adams said.
Currently, a spinoff series titled "Suits: LA" is in development, though there has been no official word on whether Meghan will reprise her role as Rachel Zane.
This development comes amid reports that Prince Harry is keen for Meghan to revive her acting career as their post-royal endeavors face difficulties. A friend from the Sussexes’ inner circle told In Touch Weekly that Harry is “pulling as many strings as he can” to help Meghan reignite her career.
