The insider shared Meghan's empathy for her husband, noting his desire for updates on the health situations of his father, King Charles, and sister-in-law, Kate Middleton.
"While Meghan is proud of Harry's resilience under stress, she's noticed him starting to struggle," the source explained.
"He finds it harder to distance himself from the situation compared to her, as he still hopes for a reconciliation with the family that she believes is unlikely," they added.
The source emphasized that Prince Harry's lack of updates on Kate and his father has been particularly distressing for him, exacerbating his emotional turmoil.
"It pains Meghan to see him grappling with this. She believes they both need a break from the negativity," the insider continued.
