Prince Harry Issues Strong Statement Following King Charles' Invictus Games Absence

Prince Harry sent a pointed message to his father, King Charles, through a

recently released video from his UK trip commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.

The Duke of Sussex visited London on May 8 for a three-day trip to mark the milestone of the multi-sport festival he founded in 2014. Notably, King Charles, Prince William, and other senior royal family members did not attend Harry's event due to a garden party at Buckingham Palace hosted by the Monarch.

Despite expectations from royal fans for a meeting between Harry and his ailing father during the visit, a spokesperson for the Duke clarified at the time, "It will not be possible due to His Majesty’s full programme."

In a video shared on the Invictus Games Foundation's X (Twitter) page, Harry is seen in good spirits, interacting with veterans and celebrities. The former working royal appeared unbothered by the absence of his family members.

The caption of the video reads, "Thank you to everyone who joined us earlier in May to celebrate 10 years of changing lives and saving lives at the #InvictusGames Foundation. Here's a look back at the Service of Thanksgiving from St Paul's Cathedral to celebrate that #IAM10 and #IAMHere."
