The Duke of Sussex is deeply saddened by his rift with his brother, Prince William, fearing it could negatively affect his own children. According to a royal expert, Harry wants a better future for Archie and Lilibet.
Despite Harry’s efforts to reconcile with the royal family, the Palace remains wary due to past claims and allegations made by Harry and Meghan. Harry attempted to mend relations by returning to the UK in February for a meeting with King Charles following the monarch's cancer diagnosis. During their meaningful 30-minute chat, Harry hoped to bridge some gaps, but he did not get a chance to see Prince William.
On his latest trip to the UK, Harry could not meet with King Charles or Prince William, as both were reportedly too busy to spare time for him. A royal insider claimed that "Harry and William's feud is beyond repair as it has grown with time and will not be healed soon."
The source added, "Harry might be suffering in silence over his brother's alleged decision to turn his back on him. But, what about William's emotions, as he was unnecessarily mentioned by the Duke in his book Spare for all the wrong reasons?"
A royal expert highlighted Harry's deepest sorrow, noting, "We know that Harry's deepest upset concerns not just his lack of relationship with George, Charlotte, and Louis, but also his own children's lack of a relationship with their cousins. Harry has said that he hopes the cousins can at least be friends as adults," Tom Quinn told The Mirror.
While the Duchess of Sussex appears to have moved on from the royal family, focusing her energies elsewhere, Harry remains entangled in past grievances and the ongoing family feud.
