Royal Family Snubs Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from King Charles's Birthday Celebration

Fresh disappointment looms for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as they find themselves excluded from this year's annual celebration of King Charles's birthday.

Reports suggest that Buckingham Palace has shattered Prince Harry's hopes of reuniting with the royal family at the upcoming event.

According to People magazine, Meghan and Harry have not received invitations to the British monarch's birthday celebration in London.

This exclusion follows the couple's recent tour to Nigeria and the Duke's refusal to accept King Charles' offer to stay at a royal residence during his recent trip to the UK.

Despite attending the birthday parade of King Charles together in previous years, including in 2018 after their royal wedding and in 2019 after the birth of their son Archie, they will be absent from this year's celebration.

Hopes for a reconciliation were sparked after King Charles's meeting with Harry in February. However, it appears that Meghan and Harry's actions have led the palace to refrain from inviting them.

In 2022, Meghan and Prince Harry attended a Trooping the Colour event coinciding with Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee celebrations but did not join the royal family on the Buckingham Palace balcony. Their participation in this year's event also remains uncertain.

As the royal family navigates these dynamics, it remains unclear whether Kate Middleton will attend Trooping the Colour on June 15, considering her consistent presence at the event since marrying Prince William in 2011.
