King Charles Can Resolve Rift with Prince Harry, Insiders Say
Reconciliation between King Charles and Prince Harry has been a topic of interest since the Duke of Sussex met his ailing father following his cancer diagnosis.
While there has been no official update, insiders report that there is one remaining path to reconciliation.
According to a source quoted by Page Six, a single decision by the monarch could resolve the years-long rift.
"King Charles can give Harry the security clearance he desperately wants," the source said. "As the monarch, he is the ultimate decision maker. That would be how father and son can reconcile."
The source also revealed that King Charles and Queen Camilla have not invited Harry and Meghan Markle to their annual Balmoral reunion at Sandringham. The invite was also not extended to the Sussex children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.
Harry has maintained that he will not bring Meghan and the children to the UK until he receives official police security, which the Sussexes lost after stepping down from their senior royal positions.
Given the current situation, sources suggest that the chances of a reunion appear "remarkably slim."
