King Charles has introduced strict guidelines for his 'unskilled' staff members following a recent incident where he lost his temper during a trip to Jersey.
The Daily Beast reports that the Monarch, known for his intolerance of incompetence, is exceptionally well-prepared and well-read on daily matters, expecting the same from his staff.
A source close to the King stated, "He is always extremely well-prepared, well-read on the subject matter of people he meets and is working with, diligent and respectful of expertise. The counter of that is that he expects other people to show him the same respect."
The report further claimed that Charles frequently expresses his frustration in "pretty blunt terms" when staff fail to meet his standards, sometimes using terms like 'idiotic.'
While the King is not perpetually angry, he does occasionally "snap" over mistakes, and these moments are sometimes captured on camera.
This recent wave of strict rules comes after an incident where King Charles lost his temper with an aide who failed to assist Queen Camilla during heavy rain on their Jersey trip.
