King Charles' Plans for the Future: Monarch Aims for Significant Milestone

King Charles Faces Mounting Pressure to Slow Down

King Charles III, who was officially crowned in 2023, remains determined to fulfil his royal duties efficiently, despite advice from doctors and loved ones to take things slower.

At 75, the monarch is reportedly being urged by royal experts and historians to delegate more responsibilities to his heir, Prince William.

A royal insider has claimed: "The King is not in a hurry to leave the throne for William, as he doesn't want to add to the pressure on him. William is already managing his royal duties while caring for his wife, Kate Middleton, who is battling cancer."

The source added: "King Charles knows William is already under stress due to Kate's diagnosis."

The insider further revealed: "King Charles has decided to give Harry another chance. He is desperate to broker peace between the royal brothers."

"The King is striving to unify the family during his reign," the source claimed.

Meanwhile, royal expert Richard Eden, in his Palace Confidential newsletter, wrote: "There is a way back for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex," adding that "the King is determined to be a forgiving monarch."

However, Eden noted the complexities of the situation, stating: "Harry and Meghan must be prepared to apologise for the hurt caused by their actions and words."

The expert added: "As all Christians know, before forgiveness there needs to be repentance."
