King Charles Backs Prince Harry Despite Tensions with Prince William
King Charles has expressed support for Prince Harry, urging for reconciliation within the royal family amidst an escalating rift with Prince William, according to insider sources.
In his latest book, "Catherine, the Princess of Wales: The Biography," royal author Robert Jobson reveals that King Charles' invitation to Prince Andrew for Christmas last year was a subtle signal to Prince William. The gesture was meant to encourage mending the strained relationship with his brother, Harry.
Jobson writes, "Perhaps the King is subliminally trying to show William that forgiving one's brother and giving him a second chance is a strength, not a weakness."
Despite the King's sentiments, Robert notes that Prince William disagrees with his father and sees no possibility of reconciliation with Harry.
It's worth noting that Prince Harry and his wife stepped down as senior working royals in 2020. Since then, the couple, now residing in California, have frequently made headlines due to their controversial remarks and actions against senior royal members.
Additionally, Closer magazine previously reported that Prince William issued a stern warning to Harry and Meghan, cautioning them against any actions that could harm his wife, Kate Middleton, who is battling cancer. Former royal butler Paul Burrell disclosed that William would "explode" if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex targeted Kate in their alleged schemes.
