An insider revealed that Meghan and Prince Harry are "incredibly grateful that Kate is recovering and able to resume her duties after her recent time off."
It's noteworthy that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex contacted Kate soon after she publicly disclosed her cancer diagnosis in March 2024.
