Prince William surprised attendees at a Windsor Castle charity event on Friday, where he made an unexpected appearance during presentations by five charities hosted by The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales.
Guests were treated not only to an inside view of the castle's private rooms but also to a casual visit from the Prince of Wales himself. "It’s not every day you get to see the inner rooms of Windsor Castle or have HRH The Prince of Wales pop his head in to say hello," shared Steven Stokes, Director of Strategic Communications and Engagement at the Wales Air Ambulance Charity, on LinkedIn.
In addition to this surprise, the Prince and Princess of Wales have recently announced a significant shake-up in their team. Sir David Lewis, a former supermarket executive, has been appointed as a director of The Royal Foundation, which spearheads the couple’s various campaigning efforts, including William’s environmental Earthshot Prize and Kate’s initiatives focused on early childhood education.
