Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly facing trouble as Prince William has issued a stern warning, urging them not to harm his wife, Kate Middleton, who is battling cancer.
According to Closer Magazine, former royal butler Paul Burrell revealed that the Prince of Wales has become very protective of Catherine since her diagnosis. Burrell claimed that William would "explode" if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex involved Kate in any of their controversial actions.
"William won’t tolerate any more cheap shots from across the Atlantic. He’s done listening to the background noise that Harry and Meghan have become," stated Paul.
The tension between the Sussexes and the rest of the royal family has been no secret since Harry and Meghan stepped down from their royal duties. Their explosive Oprah Winfrey interview and Harry's tell-all memoir, Spare, have further strained relations, reportedly hurting the future King and Queen of England.
Royal author Phil Dampier told Fabulous that the situation is tragic for William and Kate's children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, who do not know their cousins. "Kate will be deeply saddened by how things have turned out. She and William now carry a huge burden as the future of the monarchy, and they needed Harry and Meghan's support. The sense of betrayal runs deep," Dampier added.
