King Charles and Prince Andrew's Feud Over Royal Lodge Takes a Shocking Turn

King Charles and Prince Andrew's Feud Over Royal Lodge Takes a Shocking Turn

Dispute Intensifies as Monarch Plans to Withdraw Security from Duke’s Residence

The ongoing feud between King Charles and Prince Andrew over Royal Lodge has reached a new level of tension. The Duke of York has reportedly resisted the King’s instructions to vacate the royal residence, further escalating the conflict between the brothers.

King Charles is now preparing to withdraw the privately funded security from Prince Andrew’s current home after suggesting he move to Frogmore Cottage, the former UK residence of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. GB News host Svar Nanan-Sen noted, "Charles is keen for him to find an alternative property, but Andrew is not keen on taking up Frogmore Cottage."

Despite holding a 75-year lease on Royal Lodge, signed in 2003, Andrew’s future at the residence is uncertain, especially without the private security detail, which reportedly costs the King one million pounds annually. This latest development marks a significant escalation in the already messy feud, with the situation becoming increasingly complex and strained.
