Royal Family Celebrates as Eric Trump Criticises Sussexes
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle face new challenges after Eric Trump extended support to King Charles and the royal family.
During a recent interview, Eric Trump referred to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as "spoiled apples." Speaking with GB News, the son of former U.S. President Donald Trump expressed that he and his father "had so much respect for the [late] Queen Elizabeth."
Eric added, "My mum knew so many of them for years and had a great relationship with Diana." Criticising Harry and Meghan, he remarked, "It’s a sacred institution. You can happily have those two [Meghan and Harry]; we might not want them anymore; it feels like they’re on an island of their own."
He further stated, "You can always have bad actors in everything. You can have spoiled apples in every orchard."
These comments came following reports that Harry and Meghan were not invited to join the royal family at Balmoral Castle in Scotland for the summer break, highlighting the increasing rift between the Sussexes and the royals.
