As reported by In Touch Weekly, a source revealed that both King Charles and Prince William might be open to reconciliation, particularly to increase the number of royals available for official duties, especially in less desirable locations. However, the source emphasized, "Harry and Meghan are definitely going to have to apologize. This rift won’t heal overnight. And at this point, they need the royals more than the royals need them."
This offer comes as Prince Harry continues his legal battle with the British government over the revocation of his security, which was removed when he and Meghan stepped down from their roles as working royals in 2020. The source added, "The simplest way for Harry to regain the protection he desires is to become a working member of the royal family again."
