Meghan Markle's Alleged Motives Questioned Amid Launch of Cyberbullying Project

Prince Harry and Meghan Criticised Following New Initiative Announcement

Meghan Markle recently drew headlines with the announcement of a new initiative by her and Prince Harry to combat the growing issue of cyberbullying.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a joint appearance on CBS News to introduce their project, Parents' Network, in collaboration with their Archewell Foundation. This initiative aims to raise awareness about online hate and its harmful effects on young people's mental health while providing support to the parents of victims and survivors.

During the appearance, the former Suits star also spoke about her past struggles with suicidal thoughts during her time as a British princess. This disclosure left some royal fans and experts displeased, accusing her of shifting the focus onto herself.

Speaking on TalkTV, royal commentator Rupert Bell addressed Meghan's true agenda behind the initiative, stating, "The concept of the interview was for them to promote the work of the Archewell Foundation in helping children in online spaces."

Bell added, "At the heart of it, it was a good idea, but you can see it felt like a bit of a puff for Meghan and Harry. We should be talking about what the Archewell Foundation is doing, which I think is laudable and very relevant. But at the same time, what we've ended up doing is talking about her."
