Prince Andrew Close to Securing Future for Daughters

Duke Nears Goal of Passing Royal Lodge to Beatrice and Eugenie

Prince Andrew is on the verge of achieving his goal of securing Royal Lodge for his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, despite a dispute with his brother, King Charles. The Duke of York, who lost his royal titles following his scandal with Jeffrey Epstein, has been instructed by King Charles to vacate his 30-room mansion.

Andrew remains determined to keep the Windsor property and pass it on to his daughters. However, according to property expert Natalie Mitchell, this plan relies heavily on the terms of his lease.

"As long as it's agreed and written in the lease, Prince Andrew can pass Royal Lodge onto Beatrice and Eugenie for the rest of the term," Mitchell told GB News. She noted that Andrew could be just one step away from finalizing this plan if there are no objections.

Earlier reports suggested that Beatrice and Eugenie could inherit Royal Lodge under the terms of Andrew's lease. Mitchell explained that the rights of each daughter would depend on the lease details. Future decisions would require the approval of the King and the Crown Estate's board, while ensuring compliance with The Crown Estate Act 1961, which prohibits selling parts of the estate or creating leases longer than 150 years.
