Prince Harry, who is currently accompanying Meghan Markle on their tour of Colombia, appears to be hesitant and uneasy, sparking concerns about a possible new conflict with Buckingham Palace, according to recent reports.
The Duke of Sussex seemed uncomfortable while Meghan confidently took the lead during their engagements, despite ongoing threats and speculation, as noted by royal commentator Michael Cole.
Cole, a former BBC royal correspondent, highlighted the stark difference in the couple's body language. He observed that while Meghan was "running the show" with confidence, Harry appeared "distant" and "hesitant."
"If you look at Meghan, she's on point, smiling, and doing everything she could have done as a member of the royal family—and doing it well," Cole explained. "But Harry, on the other hand, seems a bit distant, not fully enjoying it."
Cole further noted that Meghan seemed to be directing their interactions, pointing out an instance where she instructed Harry to hold her hand, making it clear who was in charge.
The expert expressed concern over the couple's decision to visit Colombia, describing it as "the most risky thing they've done since moving to America." Cole suggested that the couple might miss the guidance of Buckingham Palace specialists, who would typically evaluate the risks of such international visits.
