William and Kate avoid "shouting and heckling" at their children, preferring to explain good and bad behaviours through conversation. When conflicts arise, the children are quickly separated and calmly corrected.
The expert also mentioned that Princess Kate employs reasoning with her children during long royal engagements, acknowledging their feelings and offering incentives to help them cope. For example, she might say, "Yes, I know it’s tiring, I know it’s boring, but you’ll be able to go and have fish fingers in an hour," to encourage patience.
