Royal Prioritises Family Over Involvement in Royal Lodge Feud
Prince William has reportedly made a definitive decision to distance himself from the ongoing feud between King Charles and Prince Andrew over the Royal Lodge. According to royal commentator Richard Kay, the future king has chosen not to engage in the dispute, especially as his wife, Catherine, focuses on her health during her cancer battle.
Kay mentioned that William's priorities lie elsewhere, stating, "William is not interested in the property, at least not at the moment when all his focus is on Catherine's health." With residences already established at Kensington Palace and Anmer Hall in Norfolk, the Prince and Princess of Wales are content with their current living arrangements.
Richard also pointed out that accepting the Royal Lodge could conflict with William’s public stance against homelessness. This decision leaves King Charles potentially feeling isolated as William sides with his wife during this challenging time.
