Royal family highlights Princess Anne's appearance as Prince Harry prepares for milestone celebration.
As Prince Harry prepares to celebrate his 40th birthday on September 15, Buckingham Palace issued a new statement. However, instead of directly addressing the Duke of Sussex’s milestone, the Palace highlighted Princess Anne’s recent appearance at the ISDS International Sheep Dog Trials in Lanarkshire.
The Palace shared a series of photos from the event, where Princess Anne was seen interacting with sheepdogs. Alongside the images, the spokesperson noted, "The Princess Royal has met some hard-working pups at the ISDS International Sheep Dog Trials in Lanarkshire," adding details about the International Sheep Dog Society, of which Princess Anne is the Patron.
Although the message did not reference the Duke directly, the timing of this statement coincided with Harry’s special day. The Duke, meanwhile, expressed excitement about his upcoming forties in a recent statement to the BBC, despite ongoing tensions within the royal family.
