These accusations claim she created a toxic work environment, with staff describing her as a "dictator in high heels" and accusing her of "belittling" colleagues.
Recent reports, published by The Hollywood Reporter, cite a senior staff member who depicted Meghan as prone to "noisy tantrums" and early-morning outbursts, earning her the notorious label "Duchess Difficult."
In defence, Us Weekly released a story showcasing support from current and former employees of the Sussexes, praising Meghan's kindness. However, further allegations soon surfaced, with one former royal staffer characterising her as a "demon" boss prone to "psycho moments."
These new allegations, along with past bullying claims from 2018, continue to plague Meghan's public image. A PR expert has cautioned that these damaging reports could have serious repercussions for her reputation. Eric Schiffer, Chair of Reputation Management Consultants, warned that this pattern of behaviour, if believed, could undermine her leadership credibility both in and out of the UK.
