In a video captured by a fan, Harry, dressed in dark jeans and a tan jacket, was seen exiting the shop after spending around an hour inside, though it remains unclear whether he got inked. This possible move would challenge the traditional stance of the royal family, who generally steer away from tattoos, seeing them as a symbol of rebellion.
