Father and son maintain distance as Harry’s brief UK visit for WellChild awards raises no expectations of a reunion
King Charles appeared in good spirits this morning as he attended a service at Crathie Kirk in Balmoral, accompanied by Lady Sarah Keswick. Queen Camilla was also present, adding to the royal outing.
Meanwhile, Harry has arrived in the UK ahead of tomorrow’s WellChild awards in London, staying just a short distance from Buckingham Palace. Despite the proximity, a reunion with his father is unlikely during this brief trip.
A well-placed source revealed that Harry's only engagement in the UK will be the WellChild event. Afterward, he is expected to fly to South Africa to reconnect with friends and support his Sentebale charity. With Charles remaining in Scotland, their separate schedules make a meeting improbable during this visit.
