Although the Duke of Sussex received an official birthday greeting from his father, sparking hopes of reconciliation, royal experts indicate that significant issues remain unresolved. For any progress to be made, Harry must adhere to specific guidelines set by the King.

The Duke is currently engaged in a legal battle with the UK Home Office over his right to fund police protection for his family during visits to the UK.
