Catherine, Princess of Wales, is becoming more involved in King Charles’s royal affairs after successfully completing her cancer treatment.
Having recently announced that she is now “cancer free,” the Princess is working closely with the King’s chief of staff and Queen Camilla to manage his forthcoming engagements.
King Charles, who revealed his own cancer diagnosis in February 2024, is said to be leaning on Catherine for support during this challenging time. “They talk for hours, and the King confides in her more than most, which is truly heartwarming for everyone to witness,” a source told In Touch Weekly.
The insider also noted that Queen Camilla and the Princess of Wales have developed a stronger bond as they navigate their own struggles amid the royal health challenges.
“Catherine has been collaborating with Camilla and the King’s senior staff to ensure he receives as much practical and emotional support as possible during his rehabilitation,” the source shared.
The Princess is reportedly in constant contact with King Charles, offering comfort and support, whether through messages, care packages, or phone calls. The source added that Catherine and Charles “really are each other’s pillars of strength.”
