Meghan Markle Faces Fresh Allegations of Staff Tensions Amid Reports of High Turnover

Claims of staff mistreatment resurface as more employees reportedly leave the Sussexes’ team.

Meghan Markle is once again facing allegations of staff friction, with recent reports portraying her as "relentless" and accusing her of creating a tense work environment. According to a source cited by The Hollywood Reporter, Meghan has been described as "marching around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders," with claims that her actions have left staff members, including grown men, in tears.

These allegations have resurfaced amidst a high turnover rate within the Sussexes' staff, earning Meghan the nickname "Duchess Difficult" among some of her team. While Prince Harry remains described as charming, sources suggest he may be enabling the alleged behaviour.

Key staff departures have raised questions about the couple’s ability to retain employees. Notable exits include their chief of staff, Josh Kettler, who resigned after only three months, and their global press secretary, Toya Holness, who left in 2022. Other high-profile departures include PR head Christine Weil Schirmer, Netflix deal negotiator Ben Browning, and Archewell COO Mandana Dayani.

These claims echo previous accusations from Meghan's time as a working royal, when an inquiry was launched into her alleged "belittling" of two personal assistants, leaving staff traumatised. Meghan’s legal team has dismissed the earlier claims as a "calculated smear campaign," and the Sussexes have yet to address the latest allegations.
